Take a vacation like Robinson – but with all the comforts. On the Helgoland dune you can fulfill this wish. Here, between the fine sandy north and south beaches, each only about 100 meters away, 57 cheerfully colorful vacation homes await guests who want to relax undisturbed.
The modern bungalows have a cozy living / dining room with fully equipped kitchen and one to two bedrooms. An extra bed is often possible due to the sofa bed in the living-dining area. On the terrace, garden furniture invites you to relax.
Here you can enjoy the day undisturbed, soak up the sun and watch the ships come in and out. On the dune you can stroll along the beach, watch seals, grey seals and birds and enjoy fresh fish and delicious cake in one of the two restaurants. Take a deep breath and just do nothing for once – without everyday noises, almost alone with nature. In the evening, all you hear are the waves crashing on the shore, the wind and the birds. In the morning, the sun rises on the eastern horizon; in the evening, you can watch from the northern beach as it sinks back into the sea in the west. A few hundred meters away, the lights glitter on the red rock. Peace reigns here. Anyone who experiences this will not want to leave again. Make the attempt – as a Robinson on time!

The main season starts on 15.06. and ends on 15.09.
The booking of the bungalows is possible online – the booking period is always at least 7 nights in the high season and 5 nights in the low season periods.
The online activation always takes place on the first rental day of the beginning bungalow season one year in advance. For the year 2024 this is March 25, 2023.
From March 26, 2023, you are also welcome to inquire by mail and phone for the 2024 season.
Our barrier-free bungalows of the buoy type can only be booked on request. In order to allow our mobility-impaired guests a relaxing vacation, we reserve the right of manual occupancy. We are looking forward to your call or mail. Thank you for your understanding!
Facilities:
The bungalows are modern and comfortably furnished. The combined living/dining area is equipped with a fitted kitchen with refrigerator incl. freezer, oven and ceramic hob. In the living area there is a sofa bed and a flat screen TV.
The bathroom is equipped with shower/WC and hairdryer.

Please understand that we reserve a minimum stay of 5 or more days during vacations and over “bridge days”. Please ask us directly for stays of less than 5 nights. Bookings of only one night are unfortunately not possible.

The bungalow prices include the use by the number of persons indicated in the house types.
For additional persons the following surcharges will be applied:
Children and teenagers accompanied by guardians up to 13 years: free.
Extra bed for persons over 14 years: 20,00 € per night.
We will gladly book you a desired bungalow according to availability.
Requests for a specific house or a specific location, which we promise you binding, we charge a one-time lump sum of 50.00 €.
Should the house not be available on the day of arrival due to force majeure and we have to make a rebooking, this of course includes the repayment of this lump sum.
Secure the favorable offer and save when booking for a stay until April 30 and from September 16.

How do I get to the dune?
The dune ferry departs during the season from the landing stage or from the small northeast harbor, depending on the weather conditions (please note the current information). The exact departure times can be found in our timetable.
What is the arrival and departure procedure?
On the day of arrival you can move into the house from 15:00 to 16:00. You will receive the keys at the bungalow administration (jetty building) on the dune.
Handing over of the house on the day of departure: at 10:00 a.m.
Are pets allowed?
Dogs and small animals are unfortunately not allowed on the dune.
Are there washing machines and dryers?
We are happy to refer you to the guest laundromat in the middle of the new village. You will need €4.00 in 0.50 cent coins for each of the washing machines and dryers. We always have change in stock and will be happy to help you.

Beach chair rental
Would you like to enjoy a comfortable beach chair with sea view during your stay?
A beach chair reservation is possible from 5 days – please send your request for a beach chair reservation by mail with your phone number (mandatory) to: strandkorb@helgoland.de. Reservation requests for beach chairs for less than five days will not be answered; rentals from 1 – 4 days are made exclusively on site at the dune.
